Why this pageexists.
This blog is written for the person standing over a drain that will not clear, or at a wall that has gone damp with nothing obviously blocked. Each article takes one problem: what it looks like from outside, what actually causes it in a Kuwaiti house, and the work that deals with it. No selling and no padding.
The subjects come from the calls we take. A kitchen line that blocks every few weeks, odour coming back up a trap in a room nobody uses, a tank that keeps losing water, a central heater that heats and then goes cold again. Those repeat across the whole country, and they repeat for reasons you can see yourself once somebody points them out.
Kuwait has its own conditions and they change the answer. Inspection chambers here are round, the ground around them is interlock, concrete or asphalt rather than bare earth, and summer heat changes how grease behaves against a pipe wall. An article written for another climate and another network sends you looking for the wrong thing.
Nothing here carries a price, a promise about when we arrive, or a number we cannot stand behind. What a job needs depends on the blockage and where it sits, and that is a conversation on the phone, not a line in an article.

How to use it
Read the symptom,not the word.
Read the article that matches the symptom you can actually see, not the one that matches the word somebody handed you. A blocked gully and a blocked main line look identical from the bathroom floor and need completely different work.
If an article reaches the step of opening a chamber outside the house, or a shared line in a block, stop there and call. A shared line is not yours to open alone, and the wrong tool in the wrong line turns a small job into a broken pipe.
And if water is rising right now, do not read. Stop using the bathrooms and the kitchen, because every flush adds to what is already on the floor, and call. We work daily from 6 in the morning until midnight.
