What to tell uson the call.
A clear call halves the job. Tell us where the water is coming up: a bathroom gully, a kitchen drain, a yard gully, or a manhole outside the house.
Tell us when it started. A blockage from an hour ago is not the same as one that comes back every week. The second one usually sits in the line itself, and needs different gear.
Tell us your area and the type of building: a house, a flat in a block, or a complex with several units. That decides whether the work is on an internal line or a shared one.
If the tank is losing water or a wall is damp with nothing blocked, say so early. That is leak detection, not unclogging.
